Assesments

When you first join Pinks Gym our instructors will give you an initial free personal assesment. This consists of measuring your weight, body fat, blood pressure, V02 max and full body measurements. We will discuss any previous injuries or illness that you have had that may affect your training. From this will write your training programme based on your needs. Not only will this include your excercise plan for the gym, but we will give you dietary and nutritional advice we feel you may need.

 

Personal Care

As we only use two instructors a more personal and consistant monitoring of your progress is achieved. Whilst very knowledgeable our instructors are very informal and friendly, ready and willing to offer any advice or help as required.

We recommend that these assessments are done every 6 - 8 weeks (for a nominal fee) so that we can monitor your progress and that your programme is reviewed every 8 - 12 weeks.

Changing your programme on a regular basis enables you to work more fibre thus acheiving better shape. It also shocks the muscle groups, not allowing them to settle.

Our instructors are on hand at any time to offer advice and assistance as required.
